"Just because they can, doesn't mean they should..."
I joined their free shipping buyers club in 2021 and within weeks they were out of the inventory i was looking for. That continued for over a year. Recently I saw an ad from them that prompted me to go look again, and yes, they finally have in stock items i would buy. Today I called them and asked if they would extend my free shipping buyers club membership since they were out of inventory. I was told "You chose not to buy anything, there's nothing we can do." YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING FOR ME TO BUY!!! I will certainly take my business elsewhere.
